Donna Charles — Founder & CEO
Donna Charles is the founder and chief executive of Unified Insight, a consultancy that focuses on startup nonprofits that seek to make a difference in our challenging world. Donna is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a former federal civil servant, and civic-minded professional with more than twenty years of experience in public policy, national security, and legislative affairs.
Her network of community organizers, philanthropists, and civic leaders sought her experience in the public sector to develop strategies that are taking their nonprofits to the next level. Launching Unified Insight was the natural next step in ensuring that small and medium startup nonprofits have access to the tools required to make a difference wherever they are today and want to be tomorrow.
